This wine was harvested from vineyards planted on the slopes of the central hills in the Shomron. The wine is characterized by aromas of ripe black fruit, eucalyptus and nuts. It boasts a rich and long lasting flavor. The wine was aged in oak barrels for 12 months, and will continue to improve for the next few years. Pair with Steak or rich stews.
